Welcome to Lagos State Ministry of Justice.
The Ministry of Justice is the Ministry charged with the responsibility of counselling the State in all legal matters. It has the major role of promoting and enhancing justice for all, the rule of law and good governance.
The Chief Legal Officer in the Ministry is the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, supported by the Solicitor-General and
Permanent Secretary. The Ministry consists of nine Directorates and four Units which are dedicated to meeting the State’s legal needs, and geared towards addressing the needs and interest of the people of Lagos State.
This site is featured to allow easy accessibility to the services that the Ministry provides and the best way to utilize our services including the whistle blower project which interestingly has a methodology for people to report disturbing facts anonymously.
