CORE FUNCTIONS
The Lagos State Law Enforcement Training Institute (LETI) was established by Executive Order (No.EO.BRF/14 of 2013 as a unit responsible for setting standard for the training of the State Law Enforcement Officers and implementation of same in order that the State Law Enforcement Officers meet the minimum standard of competency and ethical behaviour.
Also, we offer training and consultancy services to other interested Agencies who has Enforcement officers in relation to it’s core mandate.
However, the Law of the Institute ” Lagos State Law Enforcement Training Institute Law Commencement Order No. 2 of 2024″ took effect on 19th February, 2025
